A National Day of Prayer is Unconstitutional? For Who?

Posted by politicalpartypooper on April 16, 2010

A federal judge has ruled that a National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional.  And the judge is in Wisconsin.  The suit was brought by a bunch of atheists and agnostics called the Freedom From Religion Foundation.

What?!  Who is this unconstitutional for?  The American people?

Sigh.

Well, this IS a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, so I have a solution.

Let’s hold a national referendum so that THE PEOPLE can vote on it.  Then the atheists and agnostics can suck their own dicks on the National Day of Prayer as their own form of worship.  Fair enough?
